Dragon Front is an immersive collectible card game battler available now on Oculus Rift, Gear VR, and Facebook Gameroom (September 2017) from High Voltage Software Inc. Construct your deck and challenge online opponents or conquer the world in the single player Campaign Mode. Collection of Personal Information

High Voltage Software, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information we collect from players of Damaged Core, Ballista, Dragon Front, and Dragon Front Rising (collectively referred to as "HVS games"), which are virtual reality (VR) games on the Meta Horizon platform.

We collect certain information to improve our games and provide you with a better experience. We do not collect your name, physical address, contact information, or any geolocation data.

We may collect the following types of information:

·         Gameplay and Performance Data: We collect gameplay metrics such as time spent in-game, number of rounds played, games won/lost, and in-game performance (e.g., frame rate).

·         Unique User ID: We generate a unique, non-identifying hash ID for each user to store your game progress, settings, and other persistent data. This ID is not linked to your real identity.

·         Social and Matchmaking Data: To enable social features and multiplayer functionality, we collect information necessary to match you with other players and allow you to find friends who also play HVS games. This may include your Meta Horizon ID.

·         Aggregated Analytics: We collect and aggregate data about all users' gameplay. For example, we track the frequency of cards used and the win/loss rates for each faction in Dragon Front Rising to help us balance the game. This data is de-identified and cannot be used to identify you individually.

·         Store and Purchase Data: We may collect information from the Meta Horizon Store to identify content you have not yet purchased from us, allowing us to suggest our other items that may be of interest to you.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes, as permitted by the Meta Horizon Platform's Developer Distribution Agreement:

·         To Run and Maintain our Games: We use your unique user ID and game progress data to ensure your game experience is consistent and your progress is saved.

·         To Improve and Balance Gameplay: We analyze gameplay and performance data to identify bugs, optimize the game for various devices, and balance gameplay mechanics to ensure fair and fun experiences for all players.

·         To Enable Social Features: We use social and matchmaking data to facilitate multiplayer matches and help you find and connect with friends within the game.

·         Internal Operations and Analytics: We conduct analytics to understand how our games are being played. This includes aggregated and de-identified insights that help us improve features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall player experience.

·         Compliance with Law: We will disclose your information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such actions are necessary to comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Personal Information

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

·         For Legal Reasons: We will disclose your information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such actions are necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or illegal activities, or ensure the safety of our users.

·         Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your Rights in relation to Personal Information

We provide you with the ability to delete your game progress and associated data directly within the game. For example, in Dragon Front, you can reset your profile and erase your unique ID and progress from our servers. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

·         The right to restrict the processing of your personal information.

·         The right to object to the processing of your personal information.

·         The right to data portability.

·         The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

·         The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Please note that we may refuse to delete your information if we have a legal obligation to retain it or if it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you choose to delete your information, we will erase it from our servers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the features of HVS games. When we make a change, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. We will also provide a prominent notice within our apps to inform you of any material changes before they become effective.

Security
